YOUR TASKS

  • 1. KEY PURPOSE:

    The purpose of this position is to manage the retail sales within the cash segment of the market in order to achieve revenue targets.
    A priority will be given to establishing the Physical Channel within the defined area of Retail Sales in the Cash Segment. This will entail project managing in conjunction with other members of the team, all aspects of the development of the physical channels, including; sites sourcing, recruitment, fit out, marketing, pricing, policies and procedures, staffing structure, security, cash remittance etc.  
    The Retail Manager in Conjunction with National Customer Service Manager is responsible for delivering the country’s total revenue target within the cash segment.

     The Retail Manager is fully responsible for the implementation of these strategies on a local level, providing clear direction to the retail team, monitoring product and revenue performance against plan and competitor interaction on product sales and pricing.

    2. REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES:

    As line manager to Retail Sales Team, the Retail Manager will adopt a coaching role in order to provide strong guidance and support in the achievement of revenue targets.     
    The Retail Manager reports to the Customer Service Manager, based at Country Office in Dhahran.
