  • Receive customers at front counter receptions and process shipments through DHL software.
  • Ensure all security procedures for all shipments received are followed up.
  • Ensure that all shipments arriving at the express center are scanned whether delivered through the front counter or will be Held for Collection.
  • Assure all customers receive service, which is prompt, friendly, courteous and helpful.
  • Provide customer feedback to others in the organization.
  • Meet service level and response time objectives.
  • Meet quality objectives. Perform customer identification. Perform shipment identification.
