- Receive customers at front counter receptions and process shipments through DHL software.
- Ensure all security procedures for all shipments received are followed up.
- Ensure that all shipments arriving at the express center are scanned whether delivered through the front counter or will be Held for Collection.
- Assure all customers receive service, which is prompt, friendly, courteous and helpful.
- Provide customer feedback to others in the organization.
- Meet service level and response time objectives.
- Meet quality objectives. Perform customer identification. Perform shipment identification.
