The Senior Business Process Analyst is the Global Standard Operating Platform (SOP) centre of knowledge for Linehaul Processes covering Network Capacity & Planning, Network Control, Airlines and related functions. The role will drive continuous process improvement through analysis, development, measurement and co-ordination of change and deployments as the Express Global Application Portfolio (EGAP) for Aviation program progresses.
This will require excellent written and oral communication skills, strong process-driven mind set able to use process documentation tools to leverage benefit at all levels of the organization. Reliable business judgment, deep curiosity and an enthusiasm for all aviation and logistics related matters.
Direct interface with business leads and specialists analyzing, correcting, and enhancing operational processes within and across domains so that EGAP for Aviation program aligns systems capabilities to business processes.
Drive and support initial design, later change, documentation and sustainable implementation of business processes (notably: processes, procedures, reference guides, templates) in close collaboration with subject-matter experts and business analysts.
Drive and support standardization of process descriptions and templates between divisions.
Ensure compliance with up-to-date corporate and company policies, standards, procedures and documentation and link compliance results back to business processes and process owners.
Seek out gaps and areas for improvement in business processes by process analysis and measurement (bottom-up, top down) and tackle those change initiatives in a structured, project driven way.
Act as a champion to get maximal usage of existing software capabilities, drive process industrialization and systems change.
- You are in the possession of a Master degree or have equivalent industry experience; a background in process design and/or analysis, transportation, computer science and/or statistics is preferable.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a process modeling, analytical or logistics operations role.
Excellent PC skills and IT aptitude.
You have the ability to extract the bigger picture and logically and conceptually think about the relationship of processes and applications to ensure measures are implemented to drive improvements or elimination of waste to support optimization.
You have co-ordination skills which involves the ability to listen and act with limited oversight to bring the correct involved parties into play at the right time.
You are able to communicate fluently in English (spoken and written) in a clear and concise manner and able to coach others in the standards and procedures to be applied.
Willingness and ability to travel for short assignment.
