DHL Express Global Aviation I.T. is hiring a talented Global Aviation IT Application Officer to join our team:
Global Aviation I.T. applications Support team is a second line support team, which deals with functional and technical issues related to applications used to sustain the DHL Express air and ground logistics.
Interruption with these applications can cause delays on air and ground movement operations, potentially impacting the Global DHL Express operations. Therefor the majority of these applications are highly critical.
Support on incidents, problem and change management
User assistance for application functionality issues and knowledge
Application technical error analyses and reporting
EIM (Emergency Incident Management): Stand by services to coordinate critical situations with applications
Monitoring of application availability and messaging interface interruption
- Application configuration requests
- Application User account management
- Application and messaging testing verifications
Keep all required documents up-to-date
Participating in oncall schedule

Sable: Aircraft Weight and Balance application
NMIV: Network Movement view application for Air and Ground
Netline: DHL air fleet Scheduling, Operations and Slot management application
TMS : European Ground Transport (Trucks) schedule application
Middleware: Connecting all these applications (messaging wise)
Calms: Commercial Air Management Application (used by our partner Airline companies)
Arcom: Aircraft Communication messaging Application
LIDO: Flight plan management Application
Basic understanding of the Global DHL Express movement operations (air & ground)
Experience as Field Operations, Service Desk Agent is an advantage
Basic knowledge of Aviation IT Application portfolio
