We have an exciting opportunity within L&D Hubs and Gateways UK, we are looking for enthusiastic
individual to join the team as a General Trainer based at our East Midlands Airport site.
You will be involved in the induction and onboarding of new staff as well as providing legal and
regulatory training to new starters and existing staff.
You will work closely with the Operations Snr Supervisors providing training and support to ensure we
continue on our journey from ‘Good to Great’.
You should have a professional approach to developing others and confident in planning your time
and communicating requirements to everyone involved.
Delivery of Legal, Regulatory and Mandatory training such as;
ULD Build up
Provide training of a high standard.
Carry out evaluation and pre/post training performance monitoring.
Provide feedback and support as appropriate to ensure all learners have the best opportunity to achieve
Meeting the needs of all training requirements.
Prioritising, planning and organising of training courses.
Database record and file management.
Key skills and attributes
Excellent organisational skills
Passion for CIS & DHL
Knowledge of the full training cycle
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Determination to see a task through to completion with minimal supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication (Fluent English).
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure while maintaining excellent quality.
Ability to motivate Personal attributes; Passion, Speed, Right 1st time, Can do attitude and insanely customer centric.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access.
2 years + training experience
Qualifications within training (Essential, ability to achieve and maintain)
DG CAT6 (Essential)
Functional Skills level 2 (English Maths
Evidence of Continual Professional
Development in delivery areas (Essential)
