Develop and administer Rewards programs/ plans, job analysis, evaluation and market benchmarking to align employee pay levels with the external and internal value of jobs as well as employees performance in line with business needs, Rewards philosophy and plans, best practices and local legal requirements.
15 CSA Express Countries - Central and South Americas and 7 Aviation Latam Countries,can be based in any country of Central and South America.
Role Classification System revision and standardization in all Central and South Americas Countries and AVI Latam countries, ensuring equity amongst positions.
Participation in regrading meetings for associated, professionals and leaders roles with Regional Compensation Team.
Directly manage Compensation packages and salary proposals for managerial levels and above in all countries, for the CSA Area Office employees and work together with RO on compensation for directions roles and above.
Manage relocation offers in coordination with Relocation team in the Region for all employees moving to a different country, independent of the position’s grade.
Consult with line management to assess competitive labor market trends and specific business needs as they relate to compensation.
Communicate and implement regional and global compensation policies and procedures, working together with HR Managers in the countries.
Give guidance to HR team members in Compensation topics, close and direct support to small size countries in compensations matters.
Develop proposals of pay bands for each country, based on local market surveys and the understanding of job profiles, communicate new pay bands to the countries once these are approved.
Support IKO definition for MIP and local bonuses in the countries, ensuring regional guidelines are followed, and employees are communicated in a timely manner.
Manage MIP calculations and payouts for all employees related with this incentive.
Effectively coordinate annual salary increase proposals (Merit process) with countries and Regional Compensation team for approvals for all employees.
Propose and administrate variable salaries, incentives programs, and benefits administration (Life Insurance, Medical Plans, Pension Plans, etc.) within CSA and AVI Latam
Coordinate annual participations in salary surveys with the countries.
Monitor that all compensation programs are in compliance with market trends, employee' attraction and retention strategy, budget, local laws government regulations, practices and DHL Guidelines.
Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five years of related experience.
- Languages: Spanish is required and Fluent English is an asset.
Advanced knowledge of Database Software (MS Excel, MS Access).
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work under extreme pressure.
- Organizational and high-level planning skills.
- Previous experience in similar positions is recommended.
