In our Legal department we support all Business Units in relation to customer and supplier facing contracts, negotiations and claims as well as general litigation and commercial law matters. Would you like to start your legal career in the logistics area and learn from experts?

Your tasks will be:


  • Become a member of a Legal team responsible for assuring that the organization's legal interests both domestically and internationally are represented and protected.

  • Coordinate use of external legal support and manage external legal spend in area of responsibility.

  • Defending the organization's legal interests in litigations and claims.

  • Participate in the negotiation of customer-, supplier-, and third party contracts.

  • Draft contracts and other documents related to a variety of commercial-, financial-, and operational matters (e.g., loans, leases, sales & purchase agreements, acquisitions, divestitures, employment contracts etc.).

  • Providing general legal advice, including contract (customers and suppliers) support to the DPDHL business units.

  • Advise business unit management-, sales- and support functions on legal and related risks associated with DPDHL's operations.

  • Analyze and interpret case law, proposed and existing legislation, and provide advice on how they impact the company.

  • Advise the DPDHL business units on legal trends and developing areas of law.


Your profile should look like:


  • Danish law degree (cand. jur.)

  • At least 3-5 years of qualified legal work experience

  • Well-developed legal analytical skills

  • Ability to apply legal knowledge and expertise and provide clear and actionable legal advice in a commercial and cross-functional environment

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

  • Danish and English language skills
