We are therefore looking to add further resources in to our Hub located in Copenhagen Airport.


As our new Health & Safety Advisor your responsibility will be to drive our safety culture forward. This means that you can use all your expertise and advisory skills gained from your previous roles in organizations with strong focus on work environment and related legal demands. When you coordinate the day to day activities and run safety campaigns you will get the chance to influence how we think and re-think “Safety First”. You will be part of a dedicated team of 6 colleagues, that are always willing to help and support each other but you will be the responsible for all areas of our health & safety. With direct reference to our Head of Performance & Business Support you will play an important role in ensuring our Senior Management team is always informed of the most important activities within your area of responsibility.


In DHL Aviation safety is EVERYBODY’s responsibility hence this role has the entire organization as a stakeholder. This is why you will get the opportunity to put in place your excellent social and motivational skills to make sure everybody understands the importance of safety. When you are facilitating courses in our internal Academy you will use your ability to interact with and influence others. You will get a high degree of responsibility as well as freedom in how to solve tasks, which is why it will be of importance that you are able to work independently and follow each project to completion. As a global company the reporting is essential for DHL so you will also get the opportunity to use your analytical skills. With a systematic approach and knowledge of ISO standards you will undertake the responsibility for driving the ISO45001 certification for the CPH HUB as well as driving the entire APV process.
