Would you like to be part of the continued success of DHL Aviation while you learn about performance and business processes and develop as a person? We are looking for a Business Support Apprentice for our Hub located in Copenhagen Airport. The Performance & Business Support team supports our business of 330 employees, a number that will grow over the next few years, while we prepare the organization for the opening of our new Hub in 2023.


You play an important role in the Performance & Business Support team, where you work together with 5 dedicated colleagues. You work with a broad range of task which together with your curiosity, passion for learning and your desire for new challenges soon will provide you with a well-equipped toolbox of continues improvement tools, equipping you to work with both data and processes. You are involved in the end-2-end process from identifying potential performance issues in our business, clarifying the issue, optimizing the process and implementing the solution.
It is the first time we have a Business Support Apprentice, which gives you the opportunity to influence your role depending on your interests and competences.
The required training will be provided, and the Performance and Business Support team will always be here to support you.


By using your natural structure sense and the framework tools you learn, you will navigate in a changing environment, and when incidents occur you quickly change your focus in order to adapt to business needs. You use your analytical skills to understand data, and you are not afraid to ask questions and challenge views in order to get a deeper understanding of an issue.  With your accommodating and humble approach and your ability to listen you are able to interact and cooperate with managers and employees at all levels at the organization to clarify issues in business processes. You enjoy the international environment where communication in both English and Danish is part of everyday life when collaborating with your colleagues of more than 53 nationalities.
You have finished HHX, STX or similar and have previous work experience. Experience from staying abroad is an advantage as well. You are a capable IT user and you easily acquire new IT skills, just like it is the most natural thing for you to work with MS Office applications.
