FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE (m/f)
French, English, German (Luxembourgish)
Accountabilities:
In tight cooperation with the global, regional, BELUX and Luxembourg Management
Team:
To increase the DHL leadership position on the Luxembourg market by acquiring
and developing transport and logistics businesses according to the DP DHL
commercial strategy and the set targets (revenue, yield, market share...).
Purpose:
• To develop and manage the assigned portfolio of customers in order to optimize their
business profitability and foster their loyalty towards DHL
• To identify and address any business opportunity for prospects with an annual revenue
potential over 20 000,- EUR / year and do the utmost to acquire the business and
convert them into active Customers
• To promote DHL EXPRESS as a Partner of Choice by developing sound and sustainable
commercial relationships with all the business partners, always complying with the
applicable Business Ethics and Compliance rules.
Profile:
• Strong express transport business and strategy acumen
• International, Sales and Result focused executive; excellence driven
• Excellent knowledge of the local and international transport and logistics
industry/market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong team player, with a can do / entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent in German, English, French (Luxembourgish = advantage)
• At least 5 years working experience in a similar position with proven track records
• Sound local Luxembourg networking experience = advantage
• Master’s degree / M.B.A. in Transport / Logistics = advantage
