Retail Sales Desk Executive
The Retail Sales Desk Executive is responsible for retail store management. He is the owner of the Retail Store revenue. He needs to be align to the strategic intent of the cash channel, be focused on achieving sales targets assigned, gain insights into retail growth drivers for the store, gain deep understanding of the customer profile and the catchment to develop and recommended targeted local programs, to implement retail programs and maintain the ambiance for best results and be responsible for all transactions at the store inclusive of operational costs.

A full or part qualification in sales/marketing.
Communication maturity - Excellent oral and written skills are needed.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Exceptional patience level.
