Role Purpose

The National and MAE Sales manager is responsible for the development and growth of the portfolio of customers from key industries in the country (Auto, High-Tech, Pharma, Oil & Gas, Consumer and e-Commerce), for which they must promote service standards that are satisfactory for current customers, as well as increase the customer base and sales volume for the country.In addition, they are responsible for the development and relationship with the CSI and MNC Regional Channels and manage MAE and National Executives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships to be successful: Understand and strengthen real cooperation and cross-functional collaboration agreements to build relationships that offer mutual benefits in the long term.

  • Analyze and plan main data: Understand the importance of regular data analysis to reach short- and long-term goals. Concentrate on activities designed to reach business goals and surpass customer expectations.

  • Have a good understanding of the customer: Know all the aspects of the customer’s activities and needs to be able to develop solutions that satisfy them and enable us to keep their loyalty.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the products, the organization, and the Network: Demonstrate a credible level of knowledge of our products, services and organization to offer our customers proper solutions.

Qualifications

A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or similar careers.

Experience

Minimum 5 years successful experience in the commercial / sales area inside or outside DHL. (Preferably inside DHL).

Verifiable experience managing Sales teams.

Knowledge of all the DHL products and services, including products and services offered by the competition.

Vast experience leading teams.

Knowledge of the market and industry.

Project management.

Excellent interpersonal relationships.

                Strong analytical skills.
