Position: IT Support Analyst
Location: Coleshill, UK
Salary: In the region of £23,000
Contract Type: Permanent

Please note, this position is subject to a rotational shift pattern:

  • 2 x weeks of 12 hour night shifts, Worked from home including weekends
  • 2 x weeks of 12 hour days, including weekends 
  • 3 x weeks of 9am - 5pm Monday till Friday, Office based

As an IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the business operations through IT Service Management, Internal & External Customer relationships, Training & Documentation and any relevant industry specific regulatory compliance requirements. You will ideally have an IT background with experience of delivery 1st line support, supporting end-users with day to day queries either remotely or desk side. You will need to be self-sufficient with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload. Furthermore, you will be a strong communicator with the ability to speak and communicate with stakeholders of all levels, both internally and externally.

The key responsibilities in this role include:

• Basic IT Understanding
• IT Service Management - delivery and maintenance of ITSM processes in operations and to manage service performance to defined standards and SLAs.
• Able to demonstrate good judgement when issues require escalation, intervention or further action.
