Digital Customer Interactions (DCI) is a part of our global organization responsible for our largest customers called Customer Solutions and Innovations (CSI). The team is responsible for customer interactions that happen digitally - from our global website www.dhl.com to digital touchpoints via third parties. The Digital Customer Interactions team reports into the global Chief Commercial Officer of CSI.

As a member of the DCI Team, you will help drive the roadmap to delivering excellent customer interactions in the digital sphere. Your will be able to get to know all parts of DCI from a DHL perspective - understanding how to work with digital third party vendors, improving customer journeys and helping to optimize our digital interfaces for users and search engines, based on analysis of relevant data.

Your job

We are looking for a (Senior) Specialist Digital Analytics (m/f/d), who collects, analyzes and reports usage data of our digital customer journeys, most specifically for dhl.com. Based on the data gathered and evaluated, strategic follow-ups have to be initiated e.g. with regards to improving the experience our customers make when using our website. Conducted analyses will be basis for UX improvements and also performance marketing in order to drive conversion orientation of the websites. 

Your tasks

  • Gather and analyze user data from dhl.com
  • Install, maintain and troubleshoot Adobe Analytics code across varying types of websites
  • Develop standard and customized data analyses for and with stakeholder & BUs
  • Deduct insights and measures from data e.g. from movements of site users and usage of touch points
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to derive recommendations for operational measures
  • Share statistics with relevant stakeholders, esp. CJ management, SEO and performance marketing    

Your profile

  • A passion for web analytics
  • University degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business Administration/Economics or equivalent with 2-3 years of work experience in relevant field
  • Profound knowledge in/with web analytics tools, ideally with Adobe Analytics
  • Profound knowledge with the implementation of web analytics tools, ideally with Adobe Analytics
  • Understanding and/or interest in tag management solutions (e.g. Adobe Launch)
  • Good understanding of how websites are run including the technical backgrounds (IT Infrastructure, HTML, etc.)
  • Team player, communication skills and proactive behavior
