Your tasks
You will manage the asset lifecycle for hardware and associated standard software (PC, monitor, printer, LAN connections, phones) for our global head office, in areas such as order, ship, check, inventory, wipe, reallocation, and destruction. You will ensure policies are followed for asset requests, and track and trigger asset renewal process, as well as manage user accounts. Other duties will encompass following up on customer satisfaction, managing hardware upgrade and exchanges, and assisting in diary management.  

Your profile

  • Enrolled in university-level program in business administration, logistics, industrial engineering, or the equivalent
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience in project management is an advantage
  • Expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Superbly organized; possessing intercultural sensitivity for working in a global network
