We are looking for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) for our Human Resources Team at Global Head Office DHL Freight. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to peek into global HR processes and a plethora of different HR topics, such as learning & development, engagement and our flagship program: Certified.

In this role, you will:

Take responsibility for the support of various employee engagement activities, such as our Long Service Award process, DHL Freight Star Awards and Diversity Day

Support with planning and roll-out of an on-boarding toolkit

Contribute to the visibility of the Certified program, including the design of a learning curriculum and a concept for the Certified anniversary

Support the implementation of Certified sessions at the Global Head Office with invitation management

Communicate with HR managers and Certified Champions from all DHL Freight countries to gather various needed information

Support with preparation of various documents and presentations and optimize the Certified SharePoint platform

Conduct research on various HR topics

Proactively suggest improvements for current processes

Support events and activities, both for employee engagement and Certified

You already gathered some experience in the business or NGO world working with projects

You are detailed and quality oriented

You would like to work as part of a global team

You are well structured, organized and committed to your goals

You have conceptual and analytical thinking skills

You have excellent communication skills, orally as well as in writing, in English and German

You are well-versed in Microsoft Office; SharePoint knowledge would be beneficial 

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master degree

You are available full-time for 6 months (extension possible)
