We are looking for a HR Process Specialist (m/f/d) for our Global Human Resources team in Bonn. In this role, you will own the divisional HR IT landscape in DHL Freight covering all HR business processes as well as manage and lead complex HR projects, ensuring effective and consistent implementation of HR business processes in HR IT systems. As HR Process Specialist (m/f/d), you will also be a trusted consultant for Freight HR countries in regards to HR IT implementation.
In this role, you will:
Manage Business Processes and map DGFF HR Process model to central applications
Analyze HR processes and identify optimization potential
Lead harmonizing HR processes; drive standardization and simplification plus the consultation with regional and country representatives
Be a member of HR IT Domain Working group of DGFF
Design and manage the development and roll-out of systems, tools and processes that will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of HR
Shape and execute strategic agenda for HR IT Roadmap incl. project prioritization, resourcing, deliverables, budget and timing
Manage relationship at Management level, e.g. functional heads (IT/Ops/Finance), Freight Country HR heads & HR Cluster heads
Lead Freight implementation for group-/division-wide HR IT programs and projects supporting the divisional HR IT Roadmap of DHL Global Forwarding, Freight
Plan, analyze and document functional HR requirements (Business Requirement owner)
Prepare business cases as well as project sign-off documentations
Represent HR in FISG (IT investment committee)
Our perfect match:
You have minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in the area of HR process management
You hold an University degree or equivalent qualification
You have deep knowledge regarding HR IT systems (preferably Oracle HCM Cloud/ SAP HCM or any other major HR IT solution knowledge advantageous
You have successfully completed an IT Project life cycle; project controlling is not new to you
Ideally, you have already gained experience in leading teams (project)
You have very strong HR and business process knowledge
You have proven program management skills (multi-project management, stakeholder management, including people management, scheduling, resource allocation and coordination of tasks), certification is a plus
You have the strong ability to strategize and big picture thinking as well as good analytical skills, a practical and pragmatic approach
You are result-oriented, motivated to solve problems and not hesitant to make decisions
You are able to effectively communicate (including presentations) with all levels of management; stakeholder management is your strength
Ideally, you already know the Forwarding business and have worked in an international environment to be aware of intercultural differences
You are willing to travel internationally (25%, in peak project times 50%)
You are confident working with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
You are fluent in English (an additional European language is advantageous)
