Your tasks

As an Intern (M/F/X) in HR Performance & Programs, you will assist in the coordination of strategic HR projects for DHL Supply Chain. You will be responsible forthe development and preparation of analyses and concepts as well as transforming these into relevant decision papers. You will prepare presentations, manage agenda, and organize and follow through with meetings. You will also support the HR Business Partner on a regional level with all daily tasks regarding recruiting, on-board talent acquisition and talent development, as well as work on data management for Global Talent Management Systems. Furthermore, you will generate ad-hoc analyses for strategic projects.

Your profile

¾Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or similar

¾Fluency in English and German required, other European languages advantageous

¾Excellent command of MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Word)

¾Great team player with exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask

¾Analytical skills plus very good capabilities in storylining & designing presentations
