Within DHL Express, the Global Aviation IT department is a very important player as they provide THE IT Services worldwide for the DHL Aviation industry. And this happens out of the centralized knowledge center in Brussels. Tech Ops is part of this Global Aviation IT department and is responsible for hosting numerous internal and external applications in the GAIT datacenter. Most applications are accessed on the Citrix farm and hosted on UX/LX or Windows OS. They ensure a smooth running and support of the GAIS and Airline Applications and maintain the network in and outside of the datacenter.
Tech Ops is now looking for a User Access Management Officer. In this role you will play an important role in ensuring that the users on aviation systems/applications are being properly administered and controlled. You will also be responsible for engaging with the internal and external auditors and ensuring evidence is provided in a timely manner.
More specifically you will ensure that all user management processes are controlled in line with the Global Aviation IT Standards. You will resolve 1st level user access issues for external and internal customers like Global Aviation, Hubs & Gateways, Regions etc. and ensure that all escalations, on a global and regional level, are successfully resolved and within SLA requirements. You will ensure that all emergency fixes/changes are appropriately documented. Next to that you will take part in technical projects in your area of expertise, such as Active Directory and User Roles in Applications.

* You easily break down problems or situations into the different components to get a good understanding of them and to identify the relationships
* You demonstrate understanding of customer needs and focus on these when taking actions on a regular basis
* You know how to identify information gaps and conduct searches to remedy such gaps
* You are a team player and good at working co-operatively to achieve a common goal
* You have good communication and planning skills
* You are fluent in English (spoken and written), knowledge of other language(s) is a plus
* Minimum 1 year experience in IT, Ideally previous experience with Active Directory
