GSOP Manager

• Identify, champion, develop and coordinate programs, in the area of Global Operating procedure (GSOP), which includes GSOP operations audits, toolkits, sharing best demonstrated practise, monitoring global service quality, operational process efficiency and operational cost improvement
• Define business requirements including changes to current processes and applications to ensure business needs are met and enhanced
• Responsible for delivery of solutions that meet the company's goals and/or change requirements within budget and to the agreed specification resulting in
  a positive impact on operations performance
• Lead and manage GSOP & GIMS ISO in the Country including conducting Global SOP GEMBA reviews in all facilities
• Management of the Global SOP Change and Exemption process, ensure compliance to Global SOP
• Direct, manage and implement specific programs and projects, to ensure they are completed on time, within
  budget and to the agreed specification resulting in a positive impact on GSOP and operational performance
• Present and get agreement for programs and multiple projects for approval and concept buy-in
• Manage business and project risks, including the development of contingency plans according to the needs of the programs/projects being managed
• Provide specialist Ops expertise, support and leadership to Country operations in the resolution of process, systems and service performance issues including the introduction of improved work practices
• Assuring promotion and increasing awareness about customer requirements throughout the organization
• Lead virtual teams as required
• Provide support to country Global SOP/GIMS coordinators and champions as required
• Develop team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team
• Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of the group’s objectives and targets

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration, Transportation or related field
• A minimum of 7 years operations experience including at least 3 years in a managerial level
• At least 3 years experience working at National level with exposure to all operations sub functions and, in particular within the PUD environment
• Ideally previous experience gained in ISO/GSOP auditing techniques within the transportation industry
• Good Command in English (Both written & spoken)
