Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (DHL eCommerce Solutions)
·Preparation of accurate and timely financial business indicators and present it to Management.
·Preparing and assisting team in journal entries at month end.
·Creation of monthly reports in line with DHL’s internal reporting tools
·Implementation of cost, investment, personnel and budget controls.
·Preparation of budgets and forecasts, as well as management reports
·Support in the preparation of feasibility studies and other important financial information.
·Close cooperation with the Operations team, Sales team on various discussions and business partnering.
·Completed business (technical) university degree with a focus on finance / controlling.
·CPA will be an added advantage
·Sound professional experience in finance at least for 6-8 years.
·Preferably in an logistic/ airline industry
·Outstanding cost awareness and affinity for numbers
·Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel, Power point. Added advantage if know SQL or other IT tool.
·Very good spoken and written English skills.
·Flexibility and ability to handle pressure as this
·Ability to communicate and enjoy teamwork.
