Currently we are running a project for a big customer of ours, we are in need of a passionate individual who can lead the operations for the customer and insure the success of the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages interface with Customer Service and Product

    • Monitors Transactional Operations

    • Ensures business implementation

    • Monitor customer set goals, Analyze and review processes to ensure target achievements.

    • Handling project accounts to meet their requirements and provide the customers with the highest
    level of customer satisfaction.

    • Evaluating customer’s feedback on service provided on monthly basis to meet the highest
    level of service satisfaction
    .
    • Coordinating with Airlines & shipping service providers to get the best service level to
    match the need of the customer.
