Ensure operation meets customer service level targets by monitor C&B Executive, and Finance to manage and improve effective C&B operation.
Work closely with Human Resources Country Manager to ensure the remuneration process smoothly-implemented.
Maintain good relationship with HCM Social Security (SC) Dept and Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs
Provide compensation and benefit consultancy
Develop & Implemented remuneration policies
Complete monthly DSCVN headcount report.
Human Resources Country Manager
Assist in C&B matters and C&B policy
Compensation and Benefit Regional Office
Adopt salary administration practices in line with regional standards.
Align remuneration initiatives.
Fulfill requested data
Consultant & Service Provider
Liaise to provide data needed and consultation for analysis purpose
Review benefit and HRIS system
Liaise to fulfill customer requirement in terms of strategic solutions
Implement AP C&B policies rolled out by Regional Office
Collaborate in workshops and project teams
Coordinate in handling payroll-related major issues
Daily Compensation and Benefit Administration
Review payroll report
Monitor Insurance-related activity
Process expatriate, local plus’ C&B
Personal Income Tax issue
Annual Salary Review and Bonus Administration
Recommend salary review and bonus budget
Prepare annual salary reviews and bonus template, propose to Regional Office any necessary adjustments
Ensure salary administration practices in line with regional standards. Align salary/benefits review process to Regional Office standards and meet deadlines.

Maintain regulations and update them with relevant changes.

Ensure adequate and appropriate information is obtained from vendors and compared against the appropriate market.
