Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday only

Inside Track (part of the DHL group) are looking for a Parts and Warranty Advisor for our site in Alconbury.
The Parts and Warranty Advisor is responsible for the administration, processing and authorisation of warranty claims and the ordering of parts and raising of purchase orders for the workshop. Your primary duty will be to ensure that all parts and warranty processes are completed to our clients specification and time scales. 

Other duties include:

  • Maintain an up to-date status on all requested parts and returns.
  • Manage and take accountability for all parts and stock.
  • Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to and practised.

You will be a very detail orientated person who is meticulously organised. Great communication skills both written and verbal are essential for this role. You will also have experience working to strict deadlines and have good stakeholder management skills.

All we ask from you is that you have:

  • Full computer literacy especially in Microsoft Word and Excel (or equivalent applications).
  • An understanding of automotive warranty.
  • Experience ordering parts in an automotive or manufacturing environment (desirable).
  • A background in automotive administration.
